Lost & Found
- If you lose something on a bus, please call Lost & Found at 1-800-567-3288 or email lostandfound@gowilsonsgroup.com.
- If you find something on a bus, give it to the driver who will deliver it to our Lost and Found.
- Found articles may be claimed during the hours of 07:00 – 15:00 PST, Monday – Friday at 4196 Glanford Avenue, Victoria.
- Found articles are kept for up to 30 days. If you call us and we have the article we will hold it for a maximum of seven days. All unclaimed articles will be donated to charitable organizations.
