Position: Sales Coordinator

Job purpose


Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for incoming charter sales and responsible to complete the transactions from the initial booking through to follow-up to ensure the development of repeat business.

Duties and responsibilities


  • Address web inquiries
  • Reconfirm upcoming bookings for sales
  • Follow up with customers on expiring quotes
  • Provide clients with quotes for travel needs
  • Update pricing sheets – as needed
  • Additional duties as required

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to deal with change
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Sales experience an asset
  • Very organized with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills an asset
